There's either a mother trying to provide for her children or a father trying to provide for his family or a young person who has applied for a job after job after job.

And still, you get some people out there who have degrees, diplomas, qualifications, and they really just can't do anything with it even because they don't have um i think the job opportunity but someone sitting at home right with potential right but perhaps without the opportunity to show what they keep capable of and sometimes the question isn't only where are the jobs the question is how do we equip people to create opportunities for themselves and today joining me on air is someone who's going to unpack this whole topic of discussion and the topic of today is called the need to empower and the need meaning uh spelled not n-double-e-d but the need K-N-E-A-D, inshallah.

So today on the program, we have someone who wears many hats, a hidden gem in our community.

She's an oral hygienist practicing for the last 31 years.

Our plan is actually to extend all around the country with the help of Allah, inshallah.

I mean, I love that because I even love the name, need, like K-N-E-A-D.

Like it's quite a powerful thing when you think about it because need is something that our communities need as well.
