I don't think they should be trying to anticipate the decision in any one particular case, like this case, because your, you know, many, many important issues come before the court, and it's important to have judges who are going to adhere to the rule of law, who are going to bring some good life experience to their perceptions and their decisions, but do so without bias, and do so in a clear-headed, thoughtful way.

What is the, as you think about this, sort of the process, I mentioned at the beginning, I should have probably noted that this case was filed in Klickitat County in South Central Washington.

I think some of the plaintiffs live down there, is that right? And then I said that the, this is where I was wondering if I was out over my ski tips a little bit, but the expectation is, the trial judge will have to do something with this.

Do you agree that summary judgment is likely? Oh yeah, I don't, No reason to have a trial?

There probably isn't because just any trial court, King County, no trial judge has the authority to overrule a state Supreme Court precedent.

That's something that rests with the state Supreme Court.

So we're going to get a decision out of Klickitat County.

I don't think anyone is going to be surprised that they're will strike the tax, and then that will have to go up to the state Supreme Court, and I'm sure they'll take the case.

In response to legislation, TID adopted a renewable portfolio standard that committed the district to getting at least 20% of its energy from renewable sources by 2017.

110 years after the first irrigation, TID provides water to almost 150,000 acres of farmland, and it supplies electricity to nearly 100,000 residential, farm, business, industrial, and municipal accounts in an electric service area covering more than 662 square miles in the heart of California.

And listen, there's a lot more nuance to that, to this new law, than you think, because the sheriff also has a right to call a posse into effect, to train posses, or a well-regulated militia, as our Constitution states.

So a sheriff can be a very dangerous... very dangerous individual to the angry progressive mob, right? Especially, there's a sheriff down in Bob, he's down in Klickitat County, Bob Songer is his name.

Now, he regularly trains his militias, his posses in case someone escapes from jail, in case there's riots, only because his deputies, small force that they are, are so spread out.

So he utilizes the Constitution of Washington.
