I was playing for Hampstead Primary against Klemzig.

I was on seven not out.

I'd been there an eternity and all of a sudden the school teacher, our coach, walked out in the middle of play.

He was just happy.

Like, other people would be bitter, although I think there was a darker thing going on with him because in the house that he lived in, in Klemzig, which was interesting because Klemzig, on one side of the street, was all Germans and on the other side of the street was all Dutch.

They didn't like each other at all.

But my grandfather was very politic.

Every team was associated with a suburb.

Adelaide was cut up into suburbs.

Like, Klemzig was German-Dutch.

Then you had Croydon, which was largely Polish.

No one wants that.

Yeah, so my partner, it's driving me nuts because it's just so lazy, but he thinks that there's no point in bringing the bins in from the side of the road.

He's like, oh, we're only going to put them out next week, so may as well just leave them there.

Friday night, we had a quiz night supporting the Little Heroes Foundation with disability providers Jupiter Supports and My Mind Matters.

It was at the Sicilia Club in Klemzig, which is an excellent location.

And I just have to say that the staff there are superb.

And what I found out on the night is they're all big fans of the show.

They were excellent.

We look forward already to next year, which is about this time next year.
