Kirsty, are there any what you call professional people that have entered the competition, like people that are making these clothes for a market?
17:25
Look, there may be some.
17:27
To be really upfront with you, I haven't gone through them, so I didn't look at any of those details.
17:33
And when they were judged, that's not something that we looked at either.
17:36
We wanted to take out, if they were a student, we wanted to take out all the background and just look at what was in front of us.
17:42
I say us in the sense that I sort of have oversight to it, and I work with the criteria with the team, and really what they do is they look at the criteria.
17:51
So there may be, there were definitely some who applied who were in that category, but we're not quite sure where they fit.

28 MINS LATER

46:20
course you can.
3:08
So was that a long conversation to get to those one-liners or was it quick?
3:13
You'd be surprised.
3:13
There were so many ways to phrase it.
3:19
But the simple thing is we do want to see a world with just waste.
3:23
You know, we consider treating waste as a resource and In nature, there's no waste.
3:30
It's a beautiful compost cycle.
3:31
It goes back in or the water goes around and around, whatever it is.
4:30
Has the festival achieved its aims or is it sort of an ongoing reminder to people that they need to worry about waste?
