And now out with Kings of Thrash in the U.K. and Ireland.

You know, I think it's like I mentioned earlier in the interview, you know, some things have changed, but you still obviously have a little bit of a difference of taste and some of the crowd.

So Kings of Thrash is Dave Ellefson, right? Am I correct?

there anything that were you watching lomenzo like play certain parts and you're like oh i played it differently or that's not the way i played anything like that that's what i would do

you know james does a perfectly fine job playing the parts it doesn't sound like me he's got a different tone uh it's a different thing and and i i didn't look at them i didn't look at him expecting him to be me he's not you know he's he's very clearly said that you know he's his own guy um you know again i guess it's maybe like me with kings of thrash it's me and jeff young playing some songs we played together, some that we didn't.

I'd like to think we do a very good job of it, representing.

And a lot of that is because our drummer Fred's amazing and our singer Chaz is like a very, very amazingly great singer who's a diehard fan who gets into the character, you know.

They're, they're doing exactly.

And then of course, Maiden comes out and, you know they opened with murders in the room org which we were just playing in kings of thrash and people loved it man so they come out with that killers rath child you know i mean it's like my basically my that's my maiden you know what i mean that was my record collection right there with maiden so yeah look loudon life was cool it was good to see carla

And, and so, you know, my, I kind of think this little season of my life now, I worked really hard these last few years.

You know, Kings of Thrash, I was out really, you know, leaning into the, the early Megadeth stuff that I felt was, was probably not gonna be heard again.

So I, I did my part with that, and I think that's always there for me to do probably moving forward.

But, uh, right now in this season, I'm clearing a path, you know, to just really work on Metal Church and really work to, to be there for Kurt and the brand.

And we were talking and, you know, he adores Napalm Death and he adores Alec, his favourite.

He'd been to see, there's a group called Kings of Thrash.
