Now, yeah, there may be good people coming out, there may be not so good people coming out.

But I, I... let me think now, 22, 23 years ago, the King's Fund ran a course called Top Managers Courses and Senior Managers Courses, and they were very focused on how to marshal your resources, how to direct and create followership, how to in- create leadership, which Common Purpose doesn't.

It's about ideology, and I think that the consequences of setting up a Common Purpose mirror image within the NHS, creating clones, will only reinforce the silo thinking, will only reinforce the stodgy bureaucracy, and will prevent the NHS from ever being anything other than what it is today.

And the idea that we have seeded the management classes with change agents is a complete myth.

What is a trusted brand? What is not a trusted brand? And I'm going to be doing some work with a former CQC person, funnily enough, again, on the workshop side, to think a little bit about how do you build and maintain trust, both from a public perspective within the NHS, but also broader within the the pharmaceutical and the life science industry.

And then just to take us all back to 1997, I was at the King's Fund.

And one of the reasons we set up the Patient Information Forum, which is next year about to celebrate its 30th anniversary, was because of poor quality information being given to patients.

Three decades later, I think there's a lot more information being given to patients and a lot more information being accessible.

And we've learned NHS test results are often getting delayed because staff don't understand the health service's IT systems.

And everybody talks now about hospital to community.

James and I were at the King's Fund earlier in the week.

Penny Dash was speaking, talking about the shift from hospital to community.

You know, it's absolutely essential.

We launched this thing called Trustex for healthcare and Trustex for banking.

So NHS England, in the healthcare side, last December, the Health Innovation Network of England, along with Cambridge, along with King's Fund, they all decided to create this sandbox where they want to make sure that new AI technology like ambient scribe.

So doctors are not using AI to listen in and are not taking notes, but the note taker is doing that as you're conversing.

How do you make sure there are no silent breaches in that? So NHS has started using Trustex Health as a hub where multiple startup and big technology companies, as well as NHS hospitals, are coming in to understand what are the pitfalls of using this kind of AI in my medical processes.
