But I do enjoy it.
Brad PolumboHOST
And so the latest concern, somebody called King Princess, who is apparently a non-binary or genderqueer person, but is a lesbian and has called herself a lesbian over the years.
Brad PolumboHOST
She is...
Brad PolumboHOST
Sparking discourse because she announced that she is a lesbian, but she sometimes rides a dick or fucks a man.
Brad PolumboHOST
Okay.
speaker_4NARRATOR
You're that I've slept with a guy.
speaker_4NARRATOR
King Princess is currently at the center of a debate about her sexuality.
speaker_4NARRATOR
But why has she stirred so much controversy? The drama started after a clip from a 2024 podcast resurfaced, where the singer, who has identified as a lesbian, spoke about having slept with men.
JessieHOST
I'm Jesse! Wa!
NinaHOST
Today we're gonna be talking about King Princess.
JessieHOST
Okay.
NinaHOST
She's, uh, some-
JessieHOST
Did you know who p- King Princess was before this?
NinaHOST
No.
NinaHOST
I have heard the name once before, like years ago, when I was on TikTok, when I was single, and I was looking to mingle with lesbians.
JessieHOST
So, okay.
Jana PochopHOST
Yeah.
Alexander DaoustHOST
And I say that because it's like, I, y- I don't know, you and I talked about King Princess, right?
Jana PochopHOST
Mm-hmm.
Alexander DaoustHOST
And King Princess' claim to nepo baby, uh, ism [laughs] is that her grandfather, I think, was, like, one of the CEOs of Macy's at some point.
Jana PochopHOST
Yeah.
Alexander DaoustHOST
But that's like, not only is that two generations removed, it's like, I don't know.
43 MINS LATER
Alexander DaoustHOST
Yeah.
Alexander DaoustHOST
Anyone you wanted to mention and didn't?
Sammy SmartHOST
The Macy's.
Sammy SmartHOST
Uh, and pretty sure that that's who King Princess is related to.
Emily GonzalezHOST
I was about to say, I was like, wait.
Henley CoxHOST
Oh.
Sammy SmartHOST
Yes.
Henley CoxHOST
Yeah, yeah.
Sammy SmartHOST
They are very wealthy, and so, but yeah, that just popped in my mind is I guess King Princess is maybe related to Wendy Rush.
Henley CoxHOST
To Wendy Rush.
Ali RyanHOST
excited,
Emily BradleyHOST
but I'm excited to get your opinion on the King Princess controversy that was this week.
Emily BradleyHOST
Jeez.
Ali RyanHOST
I almost forgot.
Emily BradleyHOST
Well, basically, I think this was actually an old appearance on a podcast that's just recently gone viral.
Emily BradleyHOST
It was on this celebrity book club with Stephen and Lily podcast.
Emily BradleyHOST
King Princess had to like take to TikTok on Sunday to clear the air regarding her sexuality, which is included sleeping with men.
Emily BradleyHOST
Nothing wrong with it.
