The concept of the superhero high school movie had been kicked around a A few years at Disney before Kim Possible creators Bob Schooley and Mark McCorkle were asked to do rewrites.

They were working on a live-action adaptation of Kim Possible and liked the idea of Sky High more, and it was a good fit for them.

But Halloween Town broke the seal on another Disney Channel connection.

She voiced Nana Impossible on Kim Possible, popping up across several episodes as Kim's grandma, which introduced her to a whole different group of Disney Channel kids.

Although maybe some of them were the same ones.

I loved Kim Possible and Halloween Town.

I also have to mention that Debbie Reynolds is the mother of Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher.

They had a super close relationship and actually each passed away one day apart from each other in 2016.

the boy cleaning his teeth at end game was originally going to be smoking a joint but it was changed to keep the PG-13 rating and However, the shot of him running into the bathroom wasn't reshot, and you can still see the smoking joint in his hand.

They try their absolute best to make this essentially a kids' film, and you know what? They mostly succeed because this feels like an episode of Kim Possible.

type of fulfillment in that way oh my gosh i feel so free like i just did my first um like christian festival a couple weekends ago and to meet like the young women that were there and get to know in every second where like what what used to be going on in my brain when i would perform is like like what was drilled into me is like, be the coolest, be the most confident, like be the hottest, da, da, da, da, da, like just take command of the stage and all of these things.

And to get to shake all of that off and just look at this beautiful 12 year old girl in the front row, who was just like looking at me like I was Kim Possible or something and get to be like oh my gosh like literally Jesus yeah like use me to plant seeds with who's in front of me and like it doesn't matter like it doesn't matter like how if I'm like super polished or if I hit all my runs or like whatever like the only thing that matters is you planting the seeds that you want to plant in somebody else's life through the art that I'm making.

And I'm obsessed with that feeling.

I feel so happy and so free.
