And there's so many different things that we need to know as a comp practitioner that it's unreasonable to think that one team can do this alone.

And as a retailer, we personally, we operate in dozens of states and each location has their own pay transparency laws their own requirements and they're con they're constantly evolving and so just staying current with all of that is a challenge and a job in itself and at the same time to what jenny was saying is compensation is no longer a black box it's no longer a behind the scenes conversation that's taboo to talk about And employees have access to so much salary information.
