no totally it's just it's so rich it's so much and in terms of um you know also i i wish we could get into all of the contributors but you know i'm so excited that that you both are here too um and i want to just kind of underscore how much work that takes and how many contributions there are and how impossible it is to, I mean, not only move beyond the myth that, you know, punk rock was invented in England, which obviously the opening gambit to your essay, Maria, with the Kim, you know, Kim Gordon's like homemade shirt, girls invented punk rock, not England, you know, challenges that kind of myth um but also I think the idea of like a how do you say it seen seen a senior

oh seniors because I think it's something that's really cool about what Marie has done in terms of moving beyond in the works that she's chosen, moving beyond just the marquee names that are musicians or even like the marquee names who are visual artists or photographers.

And there's certainly plenty of those marquee names in there.

And then they also did a version of that sort of at, uh, at Fyre Fest at the beginning of 2025, if you remember that.

That would've made Fyre Fest a much cooler experience than, uh, than it ended up being, I think.

No, Fi- Fire Aid, there was a, there was a version of Nirvana that had a bunch of female lead singers, and I think also Kim Gordon.

I can't remember one or two others.

Well, you can tell from her, her influences, you know, she must like Nina Hagen, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I mean, who doesn't from Germany, right? Or you can hear Cat Power, you can hear Kim Gordon.
