That same day is when they sent RCQ, who is the alleged killer of Kiki Camarena, the DEA agent in 1985.

We've been trying to find, you know, we're trying to get justice for the family for 40 years.

So this this administration sent him along with a total of 29 Mexican bad guys arrived that day.

What they effectively, in a nutshell, discovered in this, what Hector discovered in his book in this four-part Last Narc series was that the highest levels, all of our governments are corrupt.

That the highest levels of the United States government, the presidency, the heads of the CIA, the heads of the DEA, the Mexican presidency itself, The Mexican police, the Mexican military, and the cartels and the narcos were working together and that effectively Kikikam, Guadalajara where I am, was ground zero for narco stuff, Caro Quintero and Fonseca, and that The DEA agent, Kiki Camarena, was discovering that the nexus between the U.S. government, the Mexican government, and the cartels, and the CIA actually sent their CIA Cuban operative, Felix Rodriguez.

Imagine the CIA tortured.

They smashed his skull, jumping at the narcos.

They sent their CIA operative to interrogate and torture Kiki Camarena, the DEA agent, and then Hector And then one of the DEA heads at the consulate here where I go to do my work was taking money from the Narcos and was working with the Narcos to get Kiki kidnapped.

And they interview his wife who's still alive.

His son was six at the time.

And we've been thankful.

I mean, unfortunately the, the, What really set that motion was in 1985, Kiki Camarena, a DEA.

You know, he worked in Mexico, was highly successful, and the cartels hated it.

And they kidnapped him and tortured him.

And in government terms, that's called do a rendition.

Remember, I've talked about how Hector Boreas was asked by Jack Lawn, then DEA director, to rendition, kidnap the doctor who kept Kiki Camarena alive and did.

And I remember... uh working with the ci that he was elderly by the time i got on but i remember this whole thing is this this one reason i want to go to dea is these guys were really stand-up guys they were trying to get kiki back uh and uh we even kidnapped a doctor that tortured him now i remember the cable coming out saying hey we we did our best but they threw out the case because we uh kidnapped him

Those were essentially the two cartels in the mid 80s.

The most significant unaliving, which took place within the context of the Mexican drug trade, was the mid 1980s unaliving of the DEA agent Camarena.

That's when all shit broke.

Well, that's right.

They're like, what do you want us to do with him? And the Americans, of course, identified themselves as FBI.

And we had that rule.

And they reminded us, hey, remember what happened with Camarena? Was it from 87? This is, yes, from 85, unaliving the 87 rule.

Here it is 12 years later.

And he's the guy who basically... worked in Sinaloa for years as an undercover.

And he was involved in the whole Kiki Camarena murder scandal, meaning he basically discovered He discovered that the CIA, because they were doing raids on stash houses in LA, and they would get ready to arrest the guys.

And some guy for the CIA would show up and be like, what are you doing? No, no, no, no, no.
