We heard the new album by Kiefer called Memory Bomb, and from that album, "Can't Let a Good Thing Go." At the top of the set, Oraculu, "Watch the Change," title track of their album on the Division 81 label which has been putting out one slammer after another.

They're kind of on fire right now.

This is the band's debut self-titled LP on the Blue Note label, and the name of the cut is entitled Pearl.

Now, Fathers is a quartet of groove-savvy producer-musicians that consist of Kenneth Bloom, he's the creative director, producer, better known as Kenny Beats, and Kiefer Shackelford, keyboardist and producer.

Ben Carr on bass and Nate Smith on the skins on drums.

And the band chose the name Fathers due to the spirit and collaborative energy that occurred when they were recording this album.
