The malls that are succeeding are the ones that have these big installations in place, like Netflix House going to Galleria or KidZania over at Stonebriar.

And Willow Bend never had the size or footprint to accommodate something like that.

That, I don't think they foresaw where this was going, and you don't necessarily Have to, right? I, I don't think the Galleria could claim to know where this is gonna go either, but the Galleria is so huge it could adapt.

It was between Stonebriar and the Galleria, and it was between, uh, a big mall and a small one.

You know, the conveniences that made somebody like me like it, I'm also going a few times a year, right? You, you can't subsist on a casual like me.

You need people who really wanna be there all the time, and those people, to your point, Ron, yeah, they might wanna shop some weeks, but they might wanna eat other weeks, or they might wanna hit the, the KidZania or the Netflix house, or, you know, the, the Eataly and just do your shopping.

And I, I think when these malls get relaunched, if they get relaunched, the ones that'll make it have more of those tent-pole attractions that are more than just retail, yeah.
