Like, it's not like some of these football stadiums like Cleveland, like they have full on fricking restaurants in the place.

And where we went to in Buffalo, it was the, you know, there was, which was in the Buffalo Sabres stadium, the key bank center that also had a lot more stuff in there too, in terms of food and drinks and options here, but to be in a college stadium, like there's the basic stuff that you can get, um, because of the prices we usually don't we didn't really get any food we ate beforehand um but like I said it's your typical stuff you can get chicken tenders probably a burger um you know popcorn beer was 11 dollars like I I think we've I've paid 20 at a Pirates game before at whatever the Pirates Stadium is so like I didn't think 11 for a beer was bad and especially when I kept seeing There were some guys in our area that were very lively, and you just saw them after every match running back up.

They were just slamming beers, which wasn't a bad thing.

They were not disrespectful by no means.

I've been a nonstop fan ever since.

In 2024, I went to Cleveland SummerSlam.

By 2025, I went to RAW in Key Bank Center in Buffalo.

and then we went to dynamite at the peterson event center in pittsburgh in september and then i believe in november um aw collision came to erie and so i was at our um erie insurance arena so got to attend that which was so nice when it's local to you i'm sure a lot of people have that feeling of they don't live in the biggest city um i know when turbo tavern the chads they live um they they have uh Was it Charleston, Charleston, West Virginia? They would say it.

The Sabres are now valued an estimated 1.53 billion, up 9% from last season, according to a report released this week by sports business website Sportico.

And that's a jump of around $170 million in value from last season, which is not surprising considering the pop the team got from breaking a long postseason drought, filling KeyBank Center up for 24 straight games to finish last season, and selling out their allotment of season tickets for the 2026 to '27 season.

The Sabres are on the verge [clears throat] of becoming solvent after adding around 5,000 season ticket holders to get the equivalent around 14,000 for the season, and seeing their business making substantial gains in concessions and retail sales and corporate partnerships.

However, the increase in value is significantly less from last year and, uh, some other seasons during the team's 14-year playoff drought when attendance was often at or near bottom of the league.

And additionally, the team plays in one of the more antiquated arenas in the league-

And despite seeing an almost nine- 190% increase in value from five seasons ago, the Base Sabres also remain one of the lowest valued teams in the NHL.
