Uh, this is unbelievable.

But there's this [laughs] there's a congressman in California, his name is Representative Kevin Mullin, and I saw this headline, I thought it was a joke.

It isn't.

This dude wants BB guns and pellet guns reclassified as firearms under the 1968 Firearm Act.

So that means you'd have to be 18 years old to buy that Red Ryder or that Daisy BB gun.

[laughs] 17 years old to shoot Coke cans, or if you're lucky, a blackbird with a BB gun.

Unbelievable, but yes, uh, that is what this moron Kevin Mullin is proposing.

And while I am completely disenfranchised by both political parties, there's still only one that keeps defecating on the Second Amendment.

Uh, completely unrelated, but out in California, um, legislation introduced by Kevin Mullin, Democrat of course, is seeking to classify BB guns as firearms and subject to the federally licensed firearm, firearm dealer back- background checks.

BB guns.
