Mefar Shammah will bother by this question, but I thought you could answer based on a Marshag of Shimon Greenfield, and he writes throughout his Sefer, Zahav Shavah in the Torah.

He writes an idea that when Maisha Benu was first called to his calling at Har Sinai by the Sneh, the Midrash says that after he took off his shoes when Hashem said, this is a Malkim Kadesh, Maisha Benu asked for three Ksar, the Kessah Torah, Malucha, and Kahuna.

And HaKadosh Baruch Hu told Maish Rabbeinu, I'm reserving Keser Malucha for David and his descendants.

I'm reserving Keser Kahuna for Aaron and his descendants.
