But before we get into all of that, do you want to let us know a little bit about your background, your sporting background, your career and what kind of got you to where you are today? Yeah,

I'd love to.

Growing up, I was a really sporty kid.

I was into everything and loved sport, loved being active.

And every four years, I got to see women on the telly.

And it was during the Olympics because that's the only time I could see women playing sport or being active.

playing in competition.

And women aren't staying in sport and that's crazy and devastating and even just from that I'm like that is a strain on our healthcare system yet it just doesn't even seem to cross people's minds and obviously like you know as you said there's many parts of it like there's a representation in the system and the access and opportunity and it's not it's not a black and white issue with the dropout stuff do you feel like the like you've mentioned accessibility Do you feel like the representation of women is a big part of that? Like social media, how women are meant to be portrayed or the amount of like women that we see on TV? Like, do you think that is a big part of Dropout or is it more accessibility stuff?
