So I'll start with the survey piece.

So, you know, when the mayor came into office, you know, she's a renter herself.

So she's familiar with these things, I think, from personal experience.

But also we were hearing a lot about it in the community from people contacting our office.

Seattle has a renter's commission, the issues which is designed to advise the city and tell us, hey, here are the issues affecting renters.

How do you respond to that?
