Kenneth Wapnick

So how was that experience going and studying with other people because I've never done that.

I've just done it on my own or I watched like you I know I heard you mentioned Kenneth Wapnick.

I just loved his teaching it was so wonderful to listen to to help understand that

premise of the text.

And then, you know, spirit at that level is saying, representing the one of God.

You know, there's these two different ones, right? And I find that I know the course speaks about level confusion, right? you know, where a lot of people get hung up there, that oneness is here in the world and it's only symbolically one, right? The true one is God, right? Home as God is, is how I see it.

I think Kenneth Wapnick is really good at explaining that, you know, through all his metaphysical charts that he's done over the years are really helpful for anybody listening, you know? What are your thoughts on that with level confusion of the course, you know, like...

you're saying that

we have all power to see things differently the whole cosmos everything was seemingly brought into existence at that nanosecond corrected so like the script is written just like the movie's been filmed But we have very much with Ken Wapnick on this and his brilliant teaching on time that we are reviewing these little videos and we can choose which videos to watch.

They've all been filmed, but we can choose whether we want to mentally review hurting stories or mentally review healing stories.

It's our choice.

And it is there for as long as you think that there is this need to deceive yourself.

Jesus says in the question that is completely misunderstood by Ken Wapnick, he answers the question, okay, was there really a physical resurrection? And he says, my body disappeared because I had no illusions about it.

He didn't say, I died and then my body disappeared.

No, my body disappeared because I had no illusions about it.

And that brought up another thing.

I was listening to Ken Wapnick, one of his Course in Miracles videos.

And I don't remember which one it was, but...

he made a comment but this is what i made it mean he was talking about the shadow and what what i made it mean in my brain was the shadow is um a memory of a time when it's like the residue the memory of a time when i went against myself when I made a decision to believe somebody else's opinion, or I made a decision to not act on my own behalf.

My daily routine, listen to Ken Wapnick.

He was a big teacher for me.

And little by little, by the time they died, I had completely been released from that resentment and sadness.

So recently I shared that self-inquiry has become a regular thing for me.

And this week I began to see that Ken Wapnick idea of sitting in the theater with Jesus.

And I started noticing the sameness between self-inquiry and doing that.

And I noticed it when I actually became or realized that I was, or noticed that I was aware of sitting in the theater with Jesus.

And he's also got a group at Facebook, very, very beautiful group happening there.

And he has been a teacher featured by the Foundation for Inner Peace, which, of course, you know, is the original publisher of, of course, Miracles and where Ken Wapnick's teachings reside.

And Keith is going to be a speaker in the series that we're doing that starts next week.

It's totally free, eight classes.

there wasn't even an internet back then as such.

So it was very much so self-study.

And yeah, it was more something that I was dipping into myself and I picked up a few resources, a few books, the booklets by Ken Wapnick, just to try and make head or tail of the metaphysics and how they fit together.

So like I say, it was very much so a curiosity back then.

I didn't expect it to fall away is the honest truth.

I never thought when I started practicing A Course in Miracles, listening to Ken Wapnick, it, it never occurred to me that I could be anxiety-free.

That never even occurred to me as a possibility.

What I wanted to do was wake up despite the anxiety.

And I was just lucky that when I decided I know the only way, 'cause the biggest goal in my life was spiritual progress.

The only way I can make sp- spiritual progress with this going on is A Course in Miracles.

And luckily, it was Ken Wapnick I went to to learn forgiveness from.

And you see, whether it's anxiety, whether it's alcoholism, no matter what it is, it's not about power over it.

Yeah

... uh, than Ken Wapnick.

Yeah.

However, when, when the chips were down, when I was in that gutter, you know, going, "This is as good as it gets for the rest of my life unless I do something," you know, I just did what I was told by Ken.
