From public broadcasting, to libraries, to schools, to university, to sports, to medicine, grotesque demands to control every aspect of Australian public life such that most Australians will find themselves unable to question or oppose the acts of the Israeli government.

The mechanism for this silencing of discussion about Israel, the discredited IHRA definition, is disowned even by its lead drafter, Kenneth Stern, himself a Zionist, who has warned of it being weaponized, described it being used as a new pu- punitive state policy as, quote, "a horrible idea" that he has said would lead to McCarthyism.

"It would mean," he said, "that you would have to agree with the state to get official funding." Worse, in this case, that won't be the Australian state, but essentially the Israeli state, the same Israeli state that in its official documents lists a number of Australian politicians as antisemites.

And why? Because they've been critical of Israel's actions in Gaza.
