Mm-hmm.

Um, like, and then I kept thinking about high school actually, and how I was kind of like the, uh...

I was always the hopeful guy, like, optimistic person.

And, and then I realized, well, I kinda, I was chanting then, um, even though maybe I didn't really know what I was doing or I wasn't, like, studying our, um, philosophy so in depth.

I just n- it was very undeniable the difference of when I was 18 versus when I was 23.

During this time too in college, you know, my mom and my stepdad, um, they moved to Portland, you know, I think to be closer to me, but also they wanted to get out of LA and kind of restart.

But she real- I saw her really struggle at the beginning, um, of this, uh, kind of transition.
