"But the consolidated appeals," she continues, "were removed from the November 16, 2026 oral argument calendar since August." So she says, "Well, since August, I didn't think it was gonna be in November, so I haven't spoken to him." And were subsequently placed on the January 11, 2027 calendar, and then moved around again, and President Trump reasonably planned for the necessary pre-argument consultation after the midterms.

I, I think it's all bullshit.

With all due respect, Kendra Wharton, where's your declaration or affidavit under oath, not revealing attorney-client privilege, although you might have gotten close there, to support your argument? I don't think the 11th Circuit's gonna push this oral argument again.
