Kenai Peninsula Borough School District

We have overfunded education for two years in a row.

I'm okay with that because KPBSD needed time to adjust.

At this point, we are back on a 2.5% CPI-based budgeting model.

The staff understand it.

This forum was held Wednesday, October 7th at the Soldotna Public Library.

During the hour, we'll hear from the two unopposed candidates running for seats on the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District's Board of Education.

Todd Brigham is running for the school board's Nikiski seat, and Charlie Redfern is running for the board's central seat.

If elected, both will serve three-year terms.
