Paul says, hey, if you profess Christ as your savior, you know, you believe in him, you're going to be saved.

And he asks four questions.

How do they believe in the one they never heard? And how would they believe if nobody preaches? How would they preach if nobody goes? How would they go if nobody's sent? People groups who are unreached, unengaged, frontier, all those different terms, the least reached, they lack access because no one is there.

So the church, last question to that verse, the church should be the institution sending them out.
