Kelsey Mitchell

Um, one related to the Olympics, one not, and then allow Colin to get a, a geek Canadian, uh, question out there for his Olympic love.

Um, I wanted to quickly ask, just on Kelsey Mitchell, we had Kelsey on a couple years ago, uh, after her Tokyo success.

She's now made the switch, obviously, to winter.

Not quite the route that a cyclist usually does.

the chance of opportunity to try to actually make your sport your job that you're paid for, that you can actually tr- practice your trade and switch up, you know, maybe your specialty, I think that opportunity is greater and greater when we see more parity for how women are supported and paid and funded in sport.

So I hope that we see more and more of it.

I think Kelsey Mitchell, she actually tried speed skating for a year.

Ah.

It feels like my hard work is finally paying off.

Since 2016 the program has found potential in more than 23,000 athletes and has led to 28 becoming Olympians including three-time Olympic gold medalist Kelsey Mitchell.

It's so full circle like I was here I was here not that long ago less than 10 years ago.

I know the journey and career I've been on and it's been absolutely incredible and now I'm seeing all these athletes here and I'm like this could be you guys and like you guys are going to go on your own journey and it's going to be so special.

We know a couple.

What up, Kelsey Mitchell? Kelsey Mitchell! Shannon Sabados! There you go.
