One final item to note in terms of secrecy surrounding the film is that X-Men 2 sidebar in the coming attractions section in the issue has some crazy reports.

First off, actress Kelly Hu was said to be playing a character named Anne Reynolds, a role that Wizard specifically states is neither Lady Deathstrike nor Yuriko Oyama.

Of course, this proves to be the case of protesting too much, as those who have seen the film where she is quite obviously the character.

But strangely, they also declare emphatically Brian Cox will not be playing Stryker as originally reported in The Victoria Times, which also proved to be completely false.
