So of course our biggie is the remaining five itineraries that we held back, and those eagle-eyed, um, uh, agents out there noticed that there were a few dates missing from our beautiful, beautiful Valiant Lady's, um, list of sailings.

And that is because we've just put on sale our brand new Scandinavia and Baltic itineraries, which like I am just so excited about.

The noise in the industry from when we've been chatting to agents, um, when we've been out and about, this has created such a huge buzz considering it's only five sailings.

I'm hoping there's enough to get around.

Um, but of course we are just launching our Scandinavia and Baltics.

And that is because we have just put on sale our brand new Scandinavia and Baltic itineraries, which, like, I am just so excited about.

We've got five new itineraries.

What is the summer tour? What's it all about?

Like, are the phone lines being overwhelmed at this point? What is access like?

We, um, have all hands on deck.

Over the weekend, we were able to clear, um, uh, um, over 6,000 folks that were backlogged in our system.

So that happened, uh, was completed yesterday.

So, um, we've also to date now, um, and yesterday, put additional people on our phone lines.

And so, um, we've got significant resources, um, coming into play.

And, um, I would just ask people, though, if they are on evacuation alert or in an area of the province that has a wildfire risk, which is most of BC right now, is to pre-register for emergency support services.

Where is that at?

Like, what exactly does the province provide, and how do people access that?

We provide, um, support for, for your essential needs.

So that's accommodation, food, clothing, those essential needs.

Um, you'd access that either, uh, online, uh, or in a reception center.

We do recommend that people do register in advance.

So if you are on evacuation alert or you're in an area that is prone to wildfire risk, you can register on the BC Services Card app, or you can register at ess.gov.bc.ca.

It makes it a lot less stressful if you are in fact evacuated.

So do, and is there a concern that things are going to take a turn this week in particular? 'Cause it does seem like wildfires are intensifying.

But I want to go back to your childhood and where this all kind of began and why resiliency is so important for you to study and get the word out.

Yeah.

Yeah, sure.

Sure.

So, you know, sometimes I talk about this and it groups, sometimes I don't, it depends on what the group needs and wants just because sometimes when you talk about big T trauma and that's, it, it, it makes people think, Oh gosh, um, uh, wow she can get through this I couldn't have I couldn't have withstood that right and it's just not true and so when I talk about big t trauma like in the psychology world we're talking about things that are like rape abuse you know physical assaults you know those things that you can point to and say wow it was that versus little t trauma we're typically talking about things like neglect which From a research perspective is just as damaging, if not more than that big T trauma.

So I always preface it with that.

So my story is mostly big T trauma in the sense that I had, um, a dad who, um, who molested me and sold me for sex very early on.

So, um, I had a little look at what we were seeing from our IntelliTravel community at the minute from quarter two.

Um, so our top three selling sailings so far for the quarter are the amazing French Riviera, Italy and Ibiza.

Um, that's the 28th of June this year, been a really popular sailing.

Followed by an unusual one actually, and it's a solar eclipse sailing, um, the 28th of July, 2027.

So further out, but obviously a really popular one with all our guests.

And then of course, the amazing UK Comedy Fest, and we have just announced our headliners this week.

So the question I was gonna ask is, we've talked a little bit about groups recently and the groups process, et cetera, but can you just give us a really brief kind of overview of groups? Because I know with these specialty sailings, we do see a lot of advisors that will potentially go into a group that they're part of and gather them to go on one of those.
