the answer yeah right so there's a

part of our own ego and um and this is again for me something i've had to work with because I came from a non-traditional background for my role.

And so there are times where people see that first and make assumptions or they have a bias or maybe they're not listening.

And so I had a very telling experience situation happened to me at a training provider's location.

And I really had to take a deep breath and decide what was more important in that minute.

My own ego, like, excuse me, or my colleague, an employee who's with me, who I want to have the best training experience.

And I had a decision to make in the moment.

So it's and we have to be we have to be human enough in our outlook with others that, you know, per what you what you discussed, that that we're willing to grant people some grace and let them.
