Keith McHenry

Food Not Bombs, Santa Cruz.

Keith McHenry is one of the best people I know.

This guy is an advocate and activist that supports the homeless and feeds the homeless and is a co-founder of this organization, Food Not Bombs, that has thousands of chapters worldwide.

He mentioned a couple weeks ago that the Santa Cruz Food Not Bombs van, which is his local chapter, was in the shop being repaired after the radiator cooling system failed.

So if you're able to, it means I really appreciate anything you can do to help any of these causes.

And I do think that with our platform, we should amplify causes like this for the people who do have the money and want to do some good.

Speaking of Keith McHenry, a slight update.

He was apparently invited to speak at his former college at the University of Victoria and his archives, but he was arrested when he flew to Canada and was deported.

Um, he mentioned a couple weeks ago that the Santa Cruz Food Not Bombs van, which is his local chapter, was in the shop being repaired after the radiator cooling system failed.

Uh, so, uh, if you're able to and it means, I really appreciate anything you can do to help any of these causes.

Uh, speaking of Keith McHenry, hmm, a slight update.

He was apparently invited to speak, uh, at his former college at the University of Victoria at his archives.

So we actually, I got an update earlier today about Natalia, but we're going to start with this food.bombs truck that we see there.

I'm a fan of Keith McHenry, one of the co-founders of Food Not Bombs.

I brought one of his articles last week about Santa Cruz homeless population and what they're doing to them.

This week, Keith made an appeal on Twitter because a lot of what Keith does is shares a lot of what Food Not Bombs is doing around the country and around the world to support homeless people and to provide meals unquestioning to people.

And then, um, an article about Kenya and healthcare rewards and how they're trying to incentivize Kenyans to get onto the control grid by putting all their healthcare information and giving them rewards by entering their healthcare information into an app.

And then finally, I, I made an Audible and I added a Keith McHenry article that he talked about, um, the homeless people in San Jose that are being rounded up and, and we're gonna talk about that for a minute.

So quickly, quickly.

New Twitter launches says that that Musk gave up the name.

So check that one out.

And I know that Colin and Reif have talked about H- Kenya and experimental stuff before.

Finally, I wanted to mention this, this story from our friend Keith McHenry from Food Not Bombs.

It's been more than two years since I had a sit-down interview with him.
