Mm-hmm.

And that's the most important job of any CEO, and I really believe that the organization, the company with the best people, wins.

And the key is how do you get them working together as a team, right? You know, the way I believe in that is you've gotta have a North Star, uh, a noble cause.

Uh, you also need an enemy, um, because, you know, that stops the water cooler talk.

Nothing gets the blood stirred.

You know, in the United States State Department we call it adversary, but in business we call it an enemy.

And then the third thing you need is you need a plan.

So what did those two experiences teach you about trust you know, in a business strategy.

Yeah, I mean, trust is the most important word in any language.

That is the basis for your business relationship, personal relationships, all of that.

And, you know, I would always stand up in front of our employees or at our big user conference and saying, we're not in the software business, we're in the trust business.

We deal with people's most important documents.

Those are the ones that you sign.

And, you know, with my experience serving the country, running U.S. economic diplomacy, that was also the biggest factor is trust and bringing allies in.

What are some of the other things that you guys are pulling out?

What are you seeing, and what are some of the reactions of young people who might not have gotten a, a full understanding of America's birth, uh, now getting it through this event?

Oh, it's, you know, it's amazing, and I've seen it all over the country because y- you know, one of the, we- one of the things we've done is we have our freedom trucks.

Those are six 18-wheeler, wheelers that are crisscrossing the country, which are mobile museums, high-tech museums.

And you've got at your civics lesson and your history lesson right there.

We also have the Freedom Plane crisscrossing with, with the founding documents, documents that have never been out of the National Archives.

And they go, they go into local museums for about a week, and then they fly to the next city.

Tell us about what happens in August, 'cause I'm as excited about that as anything.

It will be packed.

It'll be packed.

So if you look at what Freedom 250's mission is, in terms of leading the nation's 250th anniversary, it's a year-long endeavor.

We have thousands upon thousands of events, hundreds of initiatives, and it's all about bringing Americans together, not only across sporting events, but also in the schools, the universities, faith-based organizations, companies, institutions.

You name it.

So I assume you have a component for all of that to show younger Americans that this is what America is about.

Uh, what are the fears that you're hearing most from families right now?

Well, I th- you know, I think sometimes i- it's exactly as you pointed out, that this is left out of the history books, and it's left out of schools.

Now, I think, you know, this is a great opportunity during this 250th year.

We're doing a big focus.

I know you are t- have a tremendous focus in terms of making it fun for the young kids.

And there's so many great lessons out of the Bible.

There's so many great lessons from history.

Uh, what should families, churches, and visitors expect when they arrive?
