Less line, fewer stations, service only twice a day instead of what you pictured, slower, emptier, later, maybe it'll show up, maybe it won't show up.

I watched Jim Hooley on KDVR this morning talking about, he said something about the A-line out to the airport.

You know, the main thing about, you know, the A-line, right, Dragon? The one that gets you to your plane on time.

Right, yeah.

In the meaning of the word, traditional.

I was watching the news last night, KDVR, the Fox affiliate.

They ran one of those stories that I know they put out there because it just exists to make you feel good for 90 seconds or two minutes, whatever the package is.

This one was about how the Colorado State Patrol had put together an all-female crew of state troopers to escort the Minnesota Vikings into downtown Denver, get them to their hotel.

And I'm glad somebody's keeping that sealed.

Good.

But the 92nd good news story that I watched on KDVR last night left two things on the cutting room floor.

It left out the cost, the invoice.

That was Kate Sing yesterday from the 4th Judicial District, providing an update about a scary situation in the mountains west of Colorado Springs.

She and other officials spoke at a press conference streamed by local TV stations, including Fox 31.

The trooper was able to get back into his vehicle and put over the radio, um, that he had been shot and that the suspect was fleeing.

Colonel Matthew Packer, head of the highway patrol, said a second trooper in the area answered the call.

People whose worst enemy is a policy disagreement, not a fact check.

I watched Victor Marks on KDVR with his running mate sitting between Marks and the interviewer on Channel 31.

And Marks responded to the first question by bringing his religion up.

Now, that by itself is not the story.
