So what do you think some of the knowledge is that is the most gatekept that we need to get more information out there on?

Finding really good careers and good employers and learning basic skills of TIG welding and stick welding.

If someone keeps running into an issue, sometimes they're nervous to ask questions.

Why? It's because the kind of remarks that they'll get back.

So if you come across an employer that has a really good workplace culture, you've won the lottery.

And if there's an area where you can be open and ask these questions and get honest remarks, That's where it's at.

So for TIG welding, what's your settings? What's your parameters, right? For stick welding, the multitude of electrodes that there are and how to weld them.

So what, what inspired you to start doing that?
