It's continuous.

Every day I learn something new, but, um, people pleasing, so that's a big thing that comes up in business a lot because not being able to say no when you know you should say no, um, or taking on too much when you know you shouldn't be taking on certain things.

So I've had to navigate and figure what that looks like for me and, um, really protect myself because sometimes that can hurt you, um, as you're navigating through business.

Um, so definitely people pleasing.
