Kaya Henderson

But I was also excited to learn from our amazing guests and to share insights that could help all of you, our listeners.

One of my favorite takeaways so far came from Kaya Henderson, an iconic leader, who told me that leadership is really all about listening and co-creating success with your community.

So I have a request for you.

Please fill out the Work Life audience survey.

The last thing I'll point people to take a look at is this phrase I keep using, rising generations.

We started a whole center at Aspen called the Center for Rising Generations, which is led by Kaya Henderson, who used to run D.C. public schools.

And the center's entire mission is about making sure that leadership opportunities and that leadership training in general is a predictable part of young people's upbringing.

Not just the kids in student council, not just the eloquent speakers, not just the kids.
