absolutely agree i think i want to speak to their commitment to non-consensual sexualized deep fakes they want to have a good crack at that and i think going back to what you said before eve about how you've got things like social media and stuff really impacting young girls for example i think that's something that you know in terms of like a more female lens of things um that's something that should really be championed in this space i think the same goes as well for like um Maori and iwi data sovereignty.

Kawanatanga, I think that you do need to take some sort of, not necessarily individualized approaches, but kind of like truncated, segmented things where you do look at specific groups within our society and go, okay, how can we best address these people? Because I'm reading a book at the moment, recommended by a friend, shout out, about the anxious generation, about Gen Z and this great rewiring that happened in the early 2010s when you and I were growing up, especially social media.

And now we've got anxiety levels through the roof and stuff, more so for women and girls than for men.

And boys, still there for men and boys, don't get me wrong.

And now I'm going to move through and talk to each one briefly.

[clicks tongue] Te Tiriti o Waitangi established an ongoing relationship between Crown and Māori, founded in the four articles: honorable governance, Kawanatanga; Rangatiratanga, Māori agency and self-determination; Orite Tanga, equity; and cultural religious freedoms, that spoken promise.

They form a foundation of bicult- for a bicultural curriculum that reflects that relationship, that relationship that should be between tangata whenua and the mainstream system, uh, that we operate in currently as tangata tiriti, and it's central to how, to thinking about how education is designed, delivered, and experienced.

This report envisaged, envisages a learning environment where te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and mātauranga Māori are woven naturally into education experiences, where Te Tiriti o Waitangi is fully realized.
