Kawanatanga, I think that you do need to take some sort of, not necessarily individualized approaches, but kind of like truncated, segmented things where you do look at specific groups within our society and go, okay, how can we best address these people? Because I'm reading a book at the moment, recommended by a friend, shout out, about the anxious generation, about Gen Z and this great rewiring that happened in the early 2010s when you and I were growing up, especially social media.
