And so that's when I connected with Portfolio, Trish Costello, who's the godmother of Venture Capital.

She started the Kauffman Foundation and the Kauffman Fellows Program was training some of the top VCs in the world.

And she saw like even the VCs she trained were still hitting glass ceiling because they were women.

or people of color.

I mean, we're part of an early group and an early cohort who I believe in a few decades will look back just kind of at this At this time, it has been incredibly challenging, but also very rewarding.

And so I think there are programs like the Kauffman Fellowship, which I think has been an incredible opportunity to step back from the day-to-day execution, from the day-to-day work, and to really understand You know, what are my what are my strengths? What is my zone of genius? Where do I actually arrive? Where do I get energy rather than what am I? Where am I losing energy? Where am I adding the most value? What is something that I am uniquely positioned to do and identifying that for myself? and for my team is something that I think has enabled us to also accelerate.

So I look at us as a bit of a a bit of a startup, right? We didn't have a name.
