And Monique Pochran from Dahlia Dementia Guidance and Support brings a dementia doula lens, walking daily alongside people and families with practical guidance, presence and support through what can be an incredibly challenging transition.

Together, Karcher and Monique have co-founded the Dementia Social Club, a place for people to meet, learn, ask difficult questions, and perhaps most importantly, feel less alone.

They describe it beautifully as a place where hard topics get soft landings.
