Katrina Markoff

I didn't know this was an award, and I'm so glad to know that it exists today.

She's chocolatier, entrepreneur, and alchemist, Katrina Markoff.

From studying chemistry with a goal to attend medical school to a cordon bleu to becoming a chocolatier, Katrina is an entrepreneur letting wisdom, intuition, ancient knowledge, and neuroscience guide her path.

We chat all about letting magic and our intuition lead us to the most delicious and joyful parts of life and business.

And I'm so excited for this episode where we're focusing on the intentions of Virgo season and celebrating craft and intentional conscious work because Katrina Markoff is one of my favorite entrepreneurs and founders ever because of the craft and dedication she puts into her creations.

Katrina Markoff is the founder, if you don't already know, of Vosges au Chocolat and founder and CEO of Violet Flame Chocolate.

She studied chemistry and psychology at Vanderbilt and culinary technique at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before spending years traveling the world researching indigenous culinary traditions.

That research became the luxury chocolate brand that pioneered the idea of chocolate as a vehicle for cultural storytelling and elevated sensory experience.
