But before we get into all that, let's start by telling everybody where you're located and what work you're currently doing.

Sure.

So I currently live in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

So I'm living in the land of enchantment.

And I'm an assistant professor at the University of New Mexico College of Nursing.

And I have been serving families here in my community as a certified nurse midwife since 2014.

And I've been teaching in the UNN nurse midwifery program since 2020.

How variable are the results based on the time of day that you express the milk? Is it the milk that came at the very beginning or the milk that came at the end? Because we know it changes so much across the day and it changes so much across one breastfeeding session, how much variability is there in the milk sample?
