This is an area where this is kind of one of the few, there's a lot of areas I think where geopolitical issues might, might, uh, stray over into, into med tech, but certainly the, the supply of helium is one that we've heard this and that about with all the, the, the conflicts and with conflict, the war with Iran, the difficulties with the, with getting supplies out of the, the, uh, Strait of Hormuz, uh, I'd love to understand just what has changed in the global helium supply and has it sort of exposed a vulnerability in the medtech industry and imaging industry that perhaps had been unforeseen previously?

Katie GrantGUEST
And for decades, it's not just Siemens, but I think all the manufacturers have looked for ways to reduce their reliance on helium, knowing that it's limited and at some point could come to an end.

So what would be helpful for us to dive into today? Tell me where you're at now.

Katie GrantGUEST
I didn't even know how ignorant I was about what was happening with my practice in terms of income and out expenses.

Katie GrantGUEST
proceed with this new understanding and try to pull myself out of the old thoughts and worries and scarcity kind of focused decision making.

Katie GrantGUEST
Like that's, I think, a big piece is I used to just kind of make decisions based on is there money in the account or isn't there? Yes.
