Kate Sutherland

So if you're interested in joining the community of Maine moms sharing birth stories here on the podcast, you can fill out the form over on my website, mymainbirth.com, or you can always message me over on Instagram at mymainbirth.

Our closing song is by Kate Sutherland.

Kate's community songs and deep nature connection work can be found over on her website, katesutherland.ca. Today's birth story guest is Asha, and she's here to share her first birth story, a birth center birth, with loving support from her midwives at Holly No. 7 in Bangor.

And before we dive into this episode, if you live in this area, the options for pregnancy and birth support are pretty narrow.
