Yeah, as a driving instructor, are you seeing the same problems or anything you add on to that?
46:52
I try to avoid YouTube and TikTok as best I can, because I find it quite infuriating at times.
46:57
But as someone who has filmed for the course, You Might Learn to Drive, I've had to do a lot of in-car filming.
47:07
There, obviously there are lots of safety issues.
47:09
If you're looking at the camera, for example, you're not looking at the road and that, and that's not a great thing.
47:13
It's not something I can actually do.
47:14
Um, I have my own checklist to make sure that I'm well enough and, you know, awake enough and alert enough to be able to manage the risk of a filming session as well as the driving and everything else that needs to be done.

Yeah, Kate.
29:50
Mm hmm.
29:51
I wouldn't say shocking, but I have used a little bit of the shock factor along with lots of supportive coaching questions that families can work on together so they're not unsupported in their shock factors.

The next section is get instructor ready.
30:05
So that is where we take parents or partner or whoever it is that's sitting with that learner and we're going to teach them how to supervise properly.
30:15
So it's a step-by-step guide, a bit like we do watching eyes, hands, feet, but explaining how to do that and how to read the road ahead and then how to do the both at the same time.
30:25
So they can really get ahead of the errors and the risks that we take as driving instructors and keep that learner safe.
30:32
It's an overview.
