So there's people like Kate Bryan, who is the curator for Soho House.

I think this whole fair, just going from Ryan's social media conversations, has a kind of democratising, the art world, the art market is unfair, let's do something to help artists.

So we have a selection committee of various different people sort of in the art world here in London.

When I was working on The Other Art Fair, we wanted to...

Well, I had a meeting with Kate Bryan, as you know, who's the head of the Sohouse Art Collection.

And I said to her, you know, it would be really interesting to do something in order to sort of support more female artists.

Anyway, she came up with this idea called, why don't we do a fair which runs alongside The Other Art Fair called the Not 30% Fair? I thought not 30% was related to, at that point, there was no gallery, museum or institution that was showing more than 30% female artists.
