Like, how did that process come about? So it's kind of two different things, right? It's like, tell us about your corporate life, but then how did you start to think differently about where you wanted to go?

The corporate life was, you know, without a doubt- For a long time I felt, "Why am I here? I need to..." There was a lot of I want to go feelings.

Um, a lot of trying to fit in.

There was a lot of trying to fit in.

I still remember the managers that just couldn't figure me out, and a lot of it was that I am so honest that I'm gonna tell you exactly what I'm thinking.

And a lot of these managers were like, "What are you really trying to say?" And I'm like, "No, exactly verbatim what is coming out of my mouth is what [laughs] I'm saying.

There's, there's no agenda and no sugarcoating to what I'm saying right now." And that can be intimidating for a lot of people that are used to playing the game or, like, having an agenda on there's no wage.
