So it's very interesting when you're a principal investigator of a project.

The paper gets written by many people over and over and over and over again, but you're allowed to sway things in a certain way.

In the last iteration, which we carried through to this one, my general feeling was that timeframes are not helpful when you have a child who can't walk, and that, you know, we have to just move things ahead.

Also, basing things on, "I think it's more active than others," is an arbitrary Management, because if you have wrist involvement, if it's really bad or if it's mild, it's all really bad.

Trying to get to the fact that these diseases are serious, and when people present in, with these certain characteristics, we really wanna scale things up.

So for me, honestly, as a practitioner, I think methotrexate is an adjunctive medicine.

Great, and then the other thing that parents often talk about and ask is what diet should I do? Should I do an anti-inflammatory diet? What about supplements? Should I take, you know, extra vitamin D? Or how did the committee sort of deal with all of those questions?
