But you're finding that that is not helpful whatsoever.

Yeah, what I'm saying is, in the absence of accurate information from the researchers...

Other educators, who are often themselves predators, have come in and thought, oh, this is a market niche.

I can come in, I can get a big profile, I can sell books, by giving more information than the researchers have, the academics have.

And I talk about this in my book, and I reference it.

My book's highly referenced, so you can see exactly how this has panned out.

So they've come in and educated and people have gone, oh, yeah, great.

I don't think they feel shame the way that you and I feel it.

So tell us a little bit about what RSII is and how it was developed.

Sure.

In family medicine, we've been growing our number of family medicine residencies and the number of residency positions.

The result of that is that while we've been growing the positions, our number of students choosing family medicine in the main match has been fairly flat, and so that means that we've had more unmatched students.

And we know that over time it's been increasingly stressful for applicants to find the programs that they really want with over eight hundred residency programs and for the programs to find the, the best applicants for their programs.

And so RSII was born out of that.

It's really meant to be able to look at where can we make the process more effective, efficient, and economical for both applicants and programs in order to be able to fill more of our family medicine residency spots in the main match.

And there's a set of attributes that come with this, and a set of tactics that they use, and they use them very powerfully.

But the research that the academics have done as a generalization, the personality researches, with the general population assumes that human predators are gonna take part in a research piece like that.

It assumes they're going to tell the truth, and we all know that if we've had experience with them, as I presume you have and I have, we know they're never gonna tell the truth.

Even when they don't need to lie, they lie because they get satisfaction out of exploitation and playing with people.

So it assumes they're going to participate, that they're going to tell the truth.

So given how chameleon-like they are, how do we recognize them?

And did you say it's usually the oldest child?

Often it is.

And that's exactly what happened.

I tried to tell my father what was happening to me.

And she did do it to my siblings when we were younger and I tried to save them.

I did a lot of stuff to try and help them.

Like she was rubbing my brother's face.

And then what steps were you able to then take?

The dark tetrad was when they brought sadism in as a separate thing.

It is not a separate thing.

They all have sadism.

They all are driven by sadism and control.

And one of the women in my research was the head of integrity in a large Catholic diocese, so she got all of the people who were accusing priests, et cetera, of, um, child sex abuse, um, and she had access to the, the ...

One that you can trust that isn't also a dark personality.
