I mentioned year one, 2020 had 62 participants and I'll let Kara deliver the news of where we've been most recently in participation, but the growth has been truly exponential.

I was just thinking about that, Angela, like thinking about the growth.

Yeah, the growth has been really neat to see.

So coming from just 60 people on that webinar that Cal and others did to last year, we reached just over 500,000 workers.

And we have 8 million workers in the construction industry.

So we have a lot more people to reach.

But to see that growth from 60 to 500,000 people That's tremendous.

So could you share a little bit about the potential of how individuals in companies, especially construction or contracting companies, can get involved in this and how you've gone through that personally?
