But I reapplied and I got accepted.

And one of the schools that I got accepted to was Kansas City University.

So although I had a lot of questions in my mind, I had a lot of doubt, my dad got into the car without hesitation.

And when I look back, that is what the epitome of unconditional support looks like.

Sheila is a professor of STEM education at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

And Jennifer is a professor of psychology at Kansas City University.

So I'm Jennifer Fugate, and I'm a professor at Kansas City University.

As Sheila said, though, we met back when I was an assistant and associate professor at the University of Massachusetts.

Oh.

So he was going to med school at a DO school, Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Yeah.

And then I was going to Rockhurst University to get my doctorate in physical therapy.
