Kamelot

I just haven't gotten into Conception, because why bother? [laughs]

When you have old Kamelot? [laughs]

Or, exactly.

I, I mean, there's new Kamelot, like, and Tommy's still doing a, doing a Khan impression, but that's the next episode.

We'll get there.

[laughs] So, as I clear my throat right into the microphone as all of our listeners love.

[laughs]

[laughs] All right.

[laughs] All right, um, what should we do? What should we do? Let's go under the letter K, shall we? And actually, since we're at the halfway point of the show, may as well remind you that coming up in 90 minutes, uh, Catherine and Nightmare Delirium will be joining us for the finest in Gothic, ambient, industrial, dark metal, and, uh, she waves that flag proudly each and every week.

All right, under the letter K, we're gonna hear from Kamelot and Kai Hansen.

In the second of this two-song set, we're gonna hear a new solo album from Kai Hansen, and it is, uh, his fourth solo record.

But he has quite an odd discography, an odd and confusing catalog.

Uh, just after a few listens, this is one of my favorite Kai solo songs, like, right off the bat, and I'm not surprised he named the album after it.

And then some of the, the stuff where he's dabbling in techno, well, may- maybe we'll put that in the B column for now.

All right, uh, before the Kai Hansen, we're gonna hear Kamelot.

Yes, one of America's longest-running, most prolific, best-selling power metal bands.
