Um, so we have the Alto Adige DOC, and there you can cultivate the Schiava, and this is- Um, the situation in the area of Santa Magdalena, which is the area around our, uh, capital town Bolzano, these are the hills from Santa Magdalena, and Santa Magdalena is also Schiava.

And then we have the area in the Lago di Caldaro, Kalterer See in German, and, um, and this is also a DOC, so DOC Lago di Caldaro.

And in the classic area, we have the Kalterer See Schiava Farnach.

So quite a lot to get your head around, but a lot to love about this variety.

And what are the terroir conditions here that suit Schiava so well?

Yeah.

So, um, the area, as I said before, it's the Lago di Caldaro, and then we have the, um, the area of Santa Magdalena.

So these are the, the, the two very important and representative, um, areas.
